En caso de no poder asistir a IAMCR 2017, y desea la devolución de su cuota de inscripción usted deberá ponerse en contacto con nosotros a la mayor brevedad posible. Se estudiará el motivo especial por el que no le es posible la asistencia al Congreso y procederemos con el reembolso total o parcial de su cuota de inscripción. Fechas para radicar solicitudes de devolución:
- Desde 60 hasta 31 días antes del congreso podemos emitir un reembolso completo de la cuota de inscripción.
- Desde 30 hasta 15 días antes del congreso podemos emitir un reembolso del 50% en la cuota de inscripción.
- A menos de 14 días del inicio del congreso NO estaremos en la capacidad de procesar cualquier solicitud de reembolso.

The deadline for submitting the paper is June 26th, 2017. The link to upload will be available in March.
Yes. All the accepted proposals by the IAMCR will be online after April 24th, 2017 and then they will be presented during the Conference.

Your registration fee includes: daily entrance to the conference facility, lunch, coffee breaks from July 17-20, a welcome reception on Sunday July 16th, 2017 and a participant kit. Accommodation, transport service and entrance to pre and post conference events are not included. Entrance to a party on Wednesday July 19th, 2017 with food and drinks (US$10) and a printed copy of the programme (US$7) are optional extras.
Yes. There are significant discounts for early registration (by May 10th, 2017), for IAMCR members, and for students. More information about registration fees here.
The payment of registration fees can be made by credit card. In some cases, international bank transfers will be accepted. International transfers in dollars must be made from any of these banks: /for-bank-transfers/

IAMCR offer 16 grants up to USD $ 1,500 to early-stage researchers who are members of the Association, reside in low- and middle-income countries and have proposals accepted. Please check: http://iamcr.org/travel_grants/travel-grants-2017 for more information and apply online.
The registration of participants and the delivery of registration packages will be available from Sunday July 16th to Thursday July 20th, 2017, at the venue: Centro de Convenciones Cartagena de Indias. Opening time: Sunday: 14:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday: 8:00 to 17:00 There will be also three information points available throughout the event for general inquiries.

Once your proposal has been accepted, or if you want to participate in the Conference, and if an official letter is required to process your visa, contact the local organizing committee of the Congress at firstname.lastname@example.orgIn addition to requesting a formal invitation from the IAMCR 2017 organization, you must know that you are responsible for applying for the Colombian Visa to attend the Congress. For more information about the type of Visa you should apply and the procedure you must complete, please visit the website of the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs:http://www.cancilleria.gov.co/sites/default/files/Fotos2016/nacionalidades_a_las_cuales_colombia_exige_visa_30jun2016_0.pdf. Please note that IAMCR and Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios -UNIMINUTO will not be financially responsible if you cannot obtain the Visa. If you want an official invitation letter, send your full name, address, nationality, passport number, proposal name and the section or working group in which it will be presented.
Una vez que su resumen ha sido aceptado y necesita una carta oficial de solicitud de fondos en su institución, debe enviar un correo electrónico a email@example.com con su nombre completo y dirección, nacionalidad, número de pasaporte, el nombre de su resumen y la sección o grupo de trabajo en el que se presentará.
If your proposal has been accepted and you need an official letter of invitation for funding, send your full name, address, the name of your proposal and the section or working group in which it will be presented to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put INVITATION LETTER in the subject line of your message.
The congress will be held from July 16th to 20th, 2017, at the Cartagena de Indias Convention Center in Cartagena, Colombia.
